OUR FOOD
Fatima’s has been making irresistible eats since forever ago. One-of-a-kind twists on authentic Middle Eastern recipes, infused with fresh herbs and punchy citrus. Our pitas, chawarmas and salads make a perfect brunch, lunch or dinner and our potato koftas have legendary status (just ask Dave Grohl). Fatimas' versatile menu is well suited to the solo diner, and also pleases the crowds. It's all in the taste. -
OUR ETHOS
We built our menu on restaurant quality ingredients and our love of eating good food. We test and retest our recipes until they sing. We make everything from scratch and prepare everything to order, as fast as we can. We strive to create an experience that our customers want to rave about. Catering across the board, we offer gluten free, vegan, halal and vegetarian options. You're in good hands. -
OUR HISTORY
Fatima's has been quietly dominating Urban Middle Eastern Takeout in Auckland since 1995. Our legacy is the product of listening to our customers that have dined with us for more than 20 years, and learning from the lessons along the way. With a healthy dose of humour and irreverence, we have never wavered from our desire to elevate takeout in Auckland since we opened. We've never compared ourselves to anyone else, but instead always focused on upping our own game. We're grateful to have such a loyal following of diverse customers and we are proud be a stalwart of Auckland's hospitality scene. We can't wait for what's next.
RECIPES
An aromatic chilli paste that is toasty, smokey and garlicky and just a little bit spicy. Chilli factor is mild so don't hold back on smothering on veggies, fish, meats... whatever you are feeling! 5 serves per pouch.
A vibrant blend of spices, yoghurt and honey with a touch of cayenne. Lather up a roast chicken or smear on a butterflied chook and barbeque. 5 serves per pouch.
An earthy blend of spices, yoghurt and honey that perfectly matches lamb's robust flavour. Rub on your choice of cut and slow cook, barbeque or roast to your heart's content. 5 serves per pouch.
A mild red chilli and red roasted capsicum sauce blended with fresh lemon, mint and smoky spices. This fragrant and versatile sauce can be used as an ingredient, dressing or rub. Stir through couscous or drizzle on grilled meat, fish or roasted vegetables.
Our signature roasted garlic aioli with a hint of chilli. A meal time game changer, it’s good on everything be it freshly baked bread, meat, fish or vegetables. A perfect pair in our Fatima’s spiced roast potatoes recipe.
A vegan toasted cashew and coconut satay. Served best gently warmed. We love a generous dollop with chicken, seafood, tofu and vegetables. Delicious in our Fatima’s satay skewers recipe.
